Applicable on all service deliveries
Some of these Terms and conditions may be Service Specific and shall be deemed to be omitted if nature of the service opted does not warrant its applicability
- Scope of Services to be provided by JAGNAR Services shall depend on nature, specification and service opted by Customer. Services shall be provided subject to payment of charges by Customer.
- The charges published are for the Service Engineer visit only and do not include spares, consumables, new fabrication, incidental civil work etc.
- While all effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the product, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising due to delay in service.
- Service will be provided during the normal business hours on working days of JAGNAR Services and their associates.
- To avail the services, the Customer will have to register his request at the Call Center or any additional mode formally offered by JAGNAR Services.
- Only the Company’s Authorized Service personals will be authorized to deliver Services. Customer are requested to positively check the details of the visiting service engineer/technician, before giving them access to their premises.
- In case any equipment is not repairable at the premises, client shall allow the same to be taken to workshop and the transportation cost (to and fro) shall be borne by client. In case equipment are of heavy weight and require assistance of labour, cost of labour shall also be borne by client.
- For AC repairs and servicing, no Warranty shall be extended on spare parts, gas charging, compressor, plastic parts & aluminum coil, oils etc.
- Customer shall provide their own spare parts. However, spare parts can be arranged by the service technicians on demand basis and the customers shall be billed for the cost of the spares as per JAGNAR Services rates.
- Complains pending due to spare parts unavailability at customer’s end will automatically be considered closed after 4 working days.
- Spare parts & repair estimate will be presented for customer approval before carrying out repairs.
- In case of any special/uncommon spare, the resolution time may increase depending upon the availability of the spare.
- Client shall provide adequate assistance like electricity, water, stools, ladder, cleaning cloth, etc. for rendering services in premises.
- Company shall not be responsible for any damage during the fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Customers shall provide minimum of three working hours’ response time to JAGNAR Services. Services shall be rendered all seven days a week during working hours (9:00 AM to 6 PM) except gazetted holidays. However, this may not be binding in all situations, and will be subject to factors such as weather,traffic, technician availability at the time etc.
- Resolution of complaint shall depend on nature of fault.
- Customers having allergies or problems with any substance, material etc. need to inform JAGNAR Services in advance while booking the service so that JAGNAR Services may take care to help ensure the convenience and comfort of customers.
- In case while rendering the Services any fixture, fitting, product, appliance or electronic item installed in the premises gets damaged due to the fault of mechanic, JAGNAR Services liability shall be limited to repair the damaged fixture/fitting/electronic item.
- In case mechanic or representative of JAGNAR Services commits any offence punishable under the Indian Penal Code or under any other law, responsibility of such offence shall be that of offender and JAGNAR Services or its Proprietor shall not be vicariously liable.
- JAGNAR Services shall not be responsible for technician’s oral or written representations/ commitments/warrantees/guarantees. It shall be responsibility of Client to demand all commitments/warrantees/guarantees through JAGNAR Services Customer Care only.
- JAGNAR Services shall not be liable for failure of Pest Control exercise and resurfacing of the Pest. JAGNAR Services shall also be not liable in case Pest Control Chemicals cause any injury to human beings and/or pets.
- JAGNAR Services’s liability under the contract shall be limited to the Client and will not apply or extend to any person claiming through/under Client.
- Any labour required to chizzel walls for any pipe damage will be chargeable extra under estimate provided.
- JAGNAR Services have the right to change or amend the terms & conditions at any time and it is binding on all customers.
- GST is extra on all services.
- Customer will be called for Feedback for the services to improve service standards.
- There is no Credit policy for any service rendered at your premises.
- New works will not be part of Maintenance contract if taken for any specific period/month.
- All disputes are subject to Gurugram Jurisdiction.
